Return policy

4) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact gulmevsim1@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
    We will work with you to arrange a replacement, refund, or other resolution.

5) Return Process (How to Start a Return)

To start a return, email gulmevsim1@outlook.com with:

  • Subject line: “Return Request – Order #____”

  • Your order number and reason for return

  • Photos (if item is damaged/defective/incorrect)

If approved, we will provide return instructions. Do not send returns without contacting us first.

6) Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, or damaged upon arrival).

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless required by law.

7) Refunds
