This Shipping Policy describes shipping terms for orders placed on ns.gulmevsim.com.

We ship to addresses within the United States (unless stated otherwise on the checkout page).

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

3) Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination. Typical ranges may be 3–10 business days after shipment, but delivery times are not guaranteed.

4) Shipping Rates

Shipping costs (if any) are calculated and displayed at checkout.

5) Tracking

When available, we provide tracking information by email after your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

6) Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If a package is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address:

  • You may be responsible for reshipping fees, and/or

  • The order may be refunded minus shipping/handling (if applicable)

7) Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, check with household members/neighbors and contact the carrier.

  • If the carrier confirms loss in transit, contact gulmevsim1@outlook.com and we will help you investigate and resolve where possible.

8) Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and item and email gulmevsim1@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery.
