Every MEEPO Voyager skateboard is tested by our QA team and every part has undergone testing as well. If you have any views on product improvement or dissatisfaction,we will provide satisfied solution for you.
Can I reach the top speed and get the best range when I ride?
Our data was measured under ideal conditions. Some factors that could affect your speed and range are: rider's weight, terrain, wind resistance, temperature, speed and brake mode.
What size wheels can I replace?
Voyager professional skateboards support wheel sizes from 80mm - 120mm, you could changes the wheel at your will according to different road situation, extend the wheel service life, have more fun with the glide.
How does it fare in rain conditions?
The waterproof grade of this skateboard is IP63, but we do not recommend using the skateboard in rainy days. If you wade in the water accidentally during use, it is recommended to wipe the skateboard clean in time.
Can you still ride it when the battery dies?
Yes, you can ride it as a regular skateboard when the battery is run out.
