  • Not Cool Enough?

    1.Make sure all the windows and doors are closed.

    2.Make sure the exhaust hose is properly connected and not blocked.

    3.Clean the inlets and filters as instructed.

    4.Use in small rooms and avoid placing near windows exposed to direct sunlight.

  • Noisy when cooling ?

    1. Place unit upright on a level surface with 20 inches of back clearance.

    2. Ensure exhaust hose is connected. If inlets are blocked, turn off and clean as instructed.

    3. Refrigerant flow sound is normal. If loud, reduce fan speed.

  • The unit does not start after pressing ON/OFF button ?

    1. Check if the air conditioner is properly connected to a powered electrical outlet.

    2. Drain the water from both drain outlets and restart.

    3. Press RESET button on the safety plug. lf the power trips off again, contact our Support.
