    Yes, you can open the window as usual, and please fix the panel when you push the window.

  • How can i install this AC unit？A window needed?

    Yes, this ac needs to be installed on hung or sliding window. You can refer to the step-by-step installation guide picture in the A+ Content.

  • How to drain out the water from the cooling unit?

    For cooling function, you can install the hose to drain the water into a different receptacle. Or you can manually pour out the water.

    For heating function, the water just can be drained out manually.

  • How ofen do i need to drain the water out?

    It is recommended to empty it once a day if you use it frequently, and if you find it troublesome to empty the tank frequently, you can connect the drain pipe.
