If you encounter errors during the app connection process, please check the following:

Note: If you are using a 17 series phone, please use an older phone to upgrade the device's app internally first.

You can clean the diffuser regularly. If you notice a significant decrease in mist production, pour out the essential oil from the bottle and add rubbing alcohol (90%+ concentration). Leave it in the diffuser for about half an hour. Then, let the bottle dry and refill the bottle to restore the diffuser to its original state. If the interval between cleanings is long, you can extend the alcohol run time for better cleaning.

Our diffuser only diffuses fragrance and does not produce its own fragrance. The fragrance comes from the essential oils placed in it. So, if you use a strong-smelling essential oil, the aroma will be stronger after the diffuser is running. If the essential oil you use isn't naturally strong-smelling, the scent will be lighter. If you replace the essential oil with a strong-smelling one and it still doesn't smell good after running it in our diffuser, please con-t-a-c-t us.

First, make sure your phone's Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are both enabled. Secondly, make sure the password you enter is correct, without spaces or line breaks. If there's a tags on the diffuser, you can scan it directly to connect. If there's a button setting, you can set it up using the button, or you can carefully refer to the instructions included in the package. If you have any questions, feel free to cont-a-c-t us.

The compatible essential oils should not be too concentrated, as this can cause internal clogging of the machine, requiring cleaning approximately once a week. Choosing the right essential oil can reduce the risk of clogging, extend cleaning intervals, and minimize maintenance. Avoid using resin-based essential oils and blends.
