    The description on the page refers to when you use the sleep mode, and the room temperature reaches the desired level, the compressor temporarily operates. At this point, the noise will drop to below 52dB.

  • Does the self-evaporation feature mean that no drainage is required?

    NO!!! The auto-evaporation system removes some water, but not all - especially in dehumidification mode. For best results, use the drain hose to route water to a container and prevent leaks.

  • Why do the lights in my home dim when using this device?

    The device uses 1340 watts and requires a 15A circuit to work properly. Please ensure your electrical system meets this to avoid voltage issues.
