1. How to adjust the climbing ability of the scooter?

Refer to page 16 of the instruction manual to find ”DlY performance settings. There is a notice of “3. Driving maximum torque setting: This will affect your scooter's ability to climb hills.”

2. The scooter is locked with “P” sign showing on the display, and can no longer be used.

Press and hold the brake handle, meanwhile, quickly press the power button on the scooter 6 times in a row.

3. The motor makes abnormal noise or cannot rotate at all.

1) Check whether there are objects in the motor wheels and clean them.

2) Shoot a video to show the problem, and check whether the display has an error prompt and whether the APP detects the problem.

4. The scooter can only move when give it a push start, even though press the throttle, what should I do?

Switch to Zero-start(Kickstart) mode in two ways:

1) On the desktop of the APP, click the Kickstart icon to activate it.

2) Press the scooter switch 4 times continuously.

5. Brake failure.

The brake screw is getting loose, please tighten the brake screw to increase braking friction.
