Binding Instructions:
1.Turn on the transmitter and enter bind mode.
2.Connect the bind plug to the bind port and turn on the receiver.
3.The will change from slow flashing blue to fast flashing blue.
4.Turn off the receiver, remove the bind plug, and turn it back on.
5.Exit bind mode on the transmitter.
