Can both cups be washed in the dishwasher?
No. Only the mixing cup can be washed in the dishwasher. The grinding cup is not dishwasher safe! We recommend wiping the inside of the grinding cup with paper towels or wet wipes.
The machine overheated while in use and then stopped working. Is the machine broken?
It's not that the machine is broken. It's possible that the cup was too full, causing the machine to overload and triggering the overheating protection program.
What should I do if the machine has activated its overheating protection program and cannot continue working?
Simply press the reset button on the motor base and allow the machine to cool for about 20 minutes. Be careful not to fill the cup too full.
